The Fry Family Measures up

We kicked off our NFI vacation with the Fryside Reunion on Priest Lake, Idaho – about a half-mile down the beach from the old Fry cabin that my grandparents and their kids built in the 40s and 50s.  That cabin was torn down a few years ago, but we salvaged the cedar boards that have 60 years of Fry family height measurements (I found my first marking from August, 1973). Now, every reunion the boards are brought out to measure the growth (and shrinkage in some cases) of the generations.
