Spencer Spit Spectacular

Oh what a difference a ferry ride makes. The Fry Family Quartet escaped to Fry Lodge Mud Bay this weekend. And we are so glad we did. We took the late ferry to Lopez Island last night, so we went straight to bed upon arrival. Which made waking up on the water so much more transformative. We started the day with breakfast at The Galley, followed by an entire day at Spencer Spit, where we roasted dogs and marshmallows, drank Moscow Mules and listened to country music. It is good to be alive.
