Reflections on Independence Day

Freedom doesn’t have to stop at national borders. One of the lasting benefits of our inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is the opportunity to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. This week I had the pleasure to work on a very big project with colleagues from Belgium, Canada, France, Sweden, the UK and USA – with a great result. As I reflect on all of this on my flight home to New York from London, I’m incredibly grateful for my freedom and everything that comes with it.
