Sitka

We woke up Thursday anchored in Sitka. After taking a tender boat ashore we spent the entire morning wandering around the Sitka National Historical Park, which offered tree cover from the rain, a beautiful walk through the forest, and dozens of totem poles from Southeast Alaska’s Native American tribes. We also saw countless salmon swimming upstream to spawn. Sitka is pretty cool. Today we explore Ketchikan.
